Colonsay Gin is a multi-award winning Scottish Gin distilled by Wild Thyme Spirits in the Southern Hebrides, on the remote and wild island of Colonsay. Influenced by Celtic mythology and its island surroundings the gin is carefully hand crafted, using traditional methods, in small batches in a copper pot still. It is a London Dry style gin, classically juniper forward. Wild Thyme Spirits make premium artisan spirits with a range that extends to four gins, one liqueur, vodka, rum and a ready-to-drink cocktail. Meet ‘Jinty’ our beautiful copper still an hear first-hand about the process used to distil our gin. You will be shown how we distil, bottle, label and finish our bottles as well as learning lots of fascinating facts about the gin making process. Finishing, of course with a gin tasting experience sampling all of our products. We are located in Upper Kilchattan overlooking Loch Fada. Tours are bookable on our website.
